def. A couple guys are here a few hours a day. We are responding to emails, answering the phone, and coordinating appointments to serve you.

Sales

We are not setup as an “online” retailer. We don’t have shopping carts, online credit card processing, or all of our inventory online.

But, we can still sell you a bike or help you with necessary accessories in our typical, personal manner..

Ski Rental Returns

There will be no late charges for rental gear returned after this crisis. Please do not return your gear during the Stay at Home order.

Buyout Option

You have the option to purchase your rental gear and keep it forever. We love this option for a number of reasons.
1) You don’t need to leave your house.
2) You’ll have your equipment ready to go for next year.
3) You are doing us a huge favor by giving us some much needed cash.

How it works

Whatever you paid in the fall to rent your gear is the price to keep it forever.
i.e. A new adult package was $320, another $320 keeps it. A used adult package was $270, so another $270 keeps it, and so on.

How do I do it?

Email gerk@gerksonline.com with this information:
-Your name and phone number (preferred time to call as well)
-Name of the person/people who the rental was for.

Once your email is received, I will add up your payoff price and call you to process a credit card.
